Return, exchange and refund Policy

Our policy is that you may return, exchange or refund an item, if the product is not in the same condition as advertised. Special order items are not allow to return, exchange or refund.  Money back guarantee only apply on products condition and do not apply on change of mind. Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST contact Customer Service for pre-approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from CSHOLDINGHK is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned if and only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions. We will refund your total purchase price excluding any shipping and handling charge within a period of fourteen (14) days. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, please ship your package with insurance and tracking. CSHOLDINGHK cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. If any of the above conditions are not met, CSHOLDINGHK reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less than 20%. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
